Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Mega Wallet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use Mega Wallet. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Daily rewards, boost levels, and referral commissions are provided at Mega Wallet's discretion and may be adjusted, paused, or discontinued at any time. Attempting to abuse the reward, boost, or referral systems — including through fake accounts or automated activity — may result in suspension.

Deposits are credited only after on-chain verification of your USDT transfer (BEP20 or TRC20). Withdrawal requests reserve the requested balance immediately and are processed via Binance Pay. Rejected withdrawals are automatically refunded to your wallet balance.

Mega Wallet reserves the right to request additional verification for unusually large or suspicious transactions.

You may not use Mega Wallet for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose. Multiple accounts created to abuse referral or reward systems are prohibited and may be banned without notice.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform or other users, at our sole discretion.

Mega Wallet is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Mega Wallet after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
